Deposits and withdrawals

Currencies: Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), USDT (SOL), USDC (SOL), CLC (SOL).

Minimum: 1 credit (0.001 USD).

How to top up:

1. Choose a currency and enter the amount, in credits or in the currency. The calculator shows what you will get and what you need to pay.
2. Create a request. The rate is fixed in the request and applies for its whole lifetime.
3. Send the stated amount to the address in the request. You can scan the QR code instead: the amount is already in it.
4. Wait for the credit. The network must confirm the payment; after that the credits appear in your advertising balance.

• Request lifetime — 30 min. If the payment does not arrive in that time, the request is cancelled. You can create a new one, with the current rate.
• Late payment. A payment that arrives later, but no later than 40 min after the request was created, can still be found. If it arrives later than that, write to support: give the request, the currency, the amount and the transaction number.
• Confirmations. LTC needs 6 network confirmations to be credited.
• Underpayment and overpayment. The amount actually received is credited, recalculated at the rate of the request. If only part of the amount arrives, that part is credited and the request stays open until the rest arrives. If less than 1 credit has arrived, nothing is credited yet: the request waits for the rest.
• One active request for deposits at a time.
• Your own address. The deposit address is tied to your account and network. It does not change.

• Currencies: CLC (SOL).
• Minimum: 500 credits (0.5 USD).
• Limit: no more than 3 requests per 24 hours. Cancelled requests do not count towards the limit.
• Amount you receive is calculated at the rate including the margin. The exact calculation is shown in the calculator before you create the request.

What happens to a request:

• Credits are deducted from your withdrawal balance right when you create the request. Until it is sent, they sit in the request and are not available in the balance.
• You can cancel a request while sending has not started. The credits then return to your withdrawal balance. If sending has started, the request cannot be cancelled.
• A regular request is processed automatically, usually within a few minutes.

Manual review. A request goes to staff for review if:

• the amount is above 10,000 credits;
• there are not enough funds in the payout wallet at the moment;
• the transfer did not go through.

The status will show "under review". The time for manual review is not fixed, and we cannot promise an exact time. If a request stays under review for a long time, write to support.

• The withdrawal address is saved in Finance → Details. There is one address per currency.
• To save or change the address, confirm the action with your password.
• Block after a change. After an address is changed, withdrawals in that currency are blocked for 72 h. The first time you fill in an address does not create a block.
• Requests created before an address change are paid to the old address: it is stored in the request itself.

Payment for an approved completion is credited to your withdrawal balance. If an appeal of a completion is upheld, the payment is credited. For the detailed decision timings, see the section for executors.

You earn a percentage of the top-ups and earnings of people you invite, and of the people they invite. There are five levels. The percentages by level:

Earnings are credited to the withdrawal balance. They are not paid for your own top-ups and earnings.
